How do I reserve a party?
Contact us for a consultation at 760-881-4697, or email at Tammy@divagirlzmobilespa.com , or fill out the request form on the request a party page. And a $50.00 non refundable deposit is required to hold your party date.
Deposits and Payments
Diva Girlz requires a non-refundable fee of $50.00 and a signed party agreement in order to book your event. This deposit is applied to your party, but if party is cancelled , non refundable. Your party date is not officially secured until the deposit is received and contract signed and approved. Your deposit can be made on our website or an invoice can be emailed with a link to secure shopping cart, check or cash. The final balance must be paid at least 2 weeks prior to your event if paying by check or Credit card. and will be calculated based on your final head count. If paying balance on party date, balance must be paid in cash NO EXCEPTIONS. Parties are booked on a first-come first-served basis and you will be notified upon booking approval. We accept major credit cards via our website.or email (thru paypal no paypal account needed. Checks should be made payable to Tammy Covarrubias. If for any reason we are unable to process your payment or if payment is not received in advance, we reserve the right to cancel your event.

Diva Girlz is currently serving many of the, San Bernardino County, Riverside County and Orange county areas of southern California. Call us for availabile cities/areas
Destination Fee
our packages include travel within a 20 mile radius of my Studio in Victorville,California.
We charge an additional $1.00 per mile destination Fee over 20 miles . . Google maps will be used to determine mileage.

NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds)
There will be a $30 bank fee for any check that is returned to our office with NON SUFFICIENT FUNDS. If your check causes my bank to bounce checks, you will be charged an additional $30.00 per check fee.
Am I charged for guests that do not show up for the party?
Diva Girlz Party packages are designed and priced specifically for the number of guest allowed in each package. You will be charged for that minimum even if a lesser amount of guests attend.you're responsible for full contracted price. If attendance is more than you contracted for, you will be charged for each guest accordingly. If guests show up that are not in your final head count, we will do our best to include them but are only responsible for those initially included. We cannot guarantee that they will receive favors, or any other party items.
Rush Policy
If you are requesting, and we have available, a party date less than 2 weeks out, we may require a rush fee of $25.
Diva Girlz Hostess Arrival/Departure
We will arrive at your home or choice of approved venue promptly from one half hour to one hour before the scheduled time of the event to set up your party. Set up and break down happens quickly as there is much to do within a small window of time. Please make sure the area where the party will be held has been previously cleared of any extra furniture or delicate valuables that could be broken. We will not move furniture or valuables. After the service time of your package is completed we require ½ to 1 hour to break down the party. We ask that during setup and break down you keep children and other family members in another area. . leave some space for us to park near an entrance where we cannot be blocked in. as we have a lot of heavy items to carry in. (at hotels if there any parking fee, bell hop fees that have to be incurred are the responsibility of host(s). We will also need access to running and hot if possible water for services. And electrical outlet for music, mani lamps ect.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you must cancel your party for any reason, the following refund policy applies: Your deposits are non-refundable, however, if you need to reschedule, we will gladly offer an alternative party date for your consideration. there is a $25.00 for a date change request. We do not offer refunds or credits for guests who do not show up the day of the party . If any bakery items have been ordered no refunds will be given. We will try to have them rescheduled. In the event of inclement weather, serious illness, or other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel any event and offer an alternative party date.
Guest Arrival
Our parties are scheduled for a specific time and work best for all when guests arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the party start time. You are encouraged to communicate this to your guests since there will be no disruption of service to guests already in attendance. All Diva Girlz Parties will start and end on time…no exceptions. If guest arrives late we will try our best to best to work them In, but not guaranty all their services. But the services are still finacially obligated.
Can siblings of guests stay?
Please remember that our party packages/pricing covers only the guest of honor and their guests arranged. Unfotunately we will not be able to occomodate unexpected guests or siblings of guests. As we prepare our parties based on final head count given to us prior to party. Siblings(of any age) who are guests will not be permitted to use equipment.
Liability for Damage
Diva Girlz assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages to your guests or property We will treat your home with the utmost care and respect, however we cannot be responsible for ANY accidental damage that is caused by the party or party guest. If you have any precious belongings please remove them from the entertaining area prior to the event. In the event that you will be serving food of your own choosing, we ask that the same care be taken to keep our décor and Robes and slippers and equipment free from stains or other damage. Usually, tomato based entrees or greasy foods create a challenge. if serving colored items we ask that you would do so before or after our services.
Allergic reactions
Diva Girlz its owners and operators and hostesses assumes no responsibilty for allergic or medical reaction due to robes, make-up, or products, food or injuries, before, during or after the party. Diva girlz will work to provide a safe environment for you and your guests. All liabilty lies on with the client.
Photographs
Diva Girlz Mobile spa Parties reserves the rights to use photography taken at your event in any promotional media, whether now known, or hereafter existing, controlled by Diva girlz mobile spa Parties , in perpetuity, and for other use by Diva Girlz mobile spa Parties . Your signature on the party agreement constitutes your agreement that you will make no monetary or other claim against Diva girlz mobile spa Parties for the use of photographs taken of your child (or children), your home, and your guests. Although if a request for a child to not be photographed it will be honored and respected.
Disclaimer
All Diva girlz Little diva & Spa Teeny mobile spa parties for children ( Little diva/ Spateeny), are for entertainment purposes only and are not performed by licensed individuals, with exception to the chair massages, they are applied by a licensed/ certtified massage therapist . They are however trained and overseen by licensed technicians, for realism, and performed one-on-one, facials are combination group with added one-on-one pamper touches. We do not use harsh chemicals or tools and we do not provide expert opinion, treatment or advice on health and beauty to parents or children. Our processes are initiated and completed with the health and safety of the girls always in mind. They are under advisement and trained by licenced professional. You are welcome to choose from the adult menu , which are performed by licenced professionals (adult pricing would be applied).
